About Us

WHO WE ARE?

A psychology clinic and wellness space for kids, teens, and their families

In Canada alone, about 1.2 million young people are affected by mental health, and as it stands, about 85% of them will not receive the supports they need. National data that reflect the well-being of Canadian and American children and youth paint a complex picture, but evidence suggests that young people are experiencing increased rates of anxiety, sadness, hopelessness, loneliness, self-harm, and suicidality. In a climate where living costs are soaring, accessible public health services are stretched, and technological advancements are impacting young generations in unprecedented ways, our mission is to provide science-based, developmentally oriented, and trauma-informed services to kids, teens, and their families so that they can nurture their neurodevelopment, mental health, and wellness.

Our mission is to deliver science-based, developmentally oriented, and trauma-informed care to young people so to nurture their neurodevelopment, mental health, and wellness.

We offer a space that integrates elements of nature, art, and play to support the cognitive, social, and emotional well-being of children and teens. The space features tall ceilings, large windows, an abundance of natural light, and plenty of living plants so to create an inviting, soothing, and serene atmosphere that promotes relaxation and well-being.
