Personalized care to support your child’s neurodiversity, mental health, and wellness!

Dr. Daniel Zdzieborski

Founder, Director, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Zdzieborski is deeply dedicated to serving the children, teens, and families of the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities of Ontario. As a registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, his clinical practice is science-based, developmentally-oriented, and trauma-informed. He uses a biopsychosocial approach to holistically understand the unique needs of each client and develop individually tailored interventions.

Dr. Zdzieborski has worked in the forensic mental health, hospital, school, residential, outpatient, community, and private practice settings for well over a decade. He has extensive experience in supporting young people who present with a variety of concerns related to normative life experiences, neurodiversity, complex mental health, and high-risk behaviour (e.g., anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, bullying, transitions, loss and grief, executive functions, learning difficulties, attention-related problems, autism spectrum, self-harm, suicidality, substance-use, and aggression).

My mission is to support kids, teens, and their families across the Greater Toronto Area. I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, as well as the Founder and Director of House of Minds, a psychology practice dedicated to providing trauma-informed, developmentally-oriented, and evidence-based psychological services to young people who experience a range of challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, executive functions, academic achievement, learning disabilities, bullying, athletic performance, family difficulties, self-harm, grief, stress and trauma).

I offer consultation, therapy, as well as comprehensive psycho-educational and psycho-diagnostic assessments specific to various concerns (e.g., Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Giftedness, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders, and Disruptive, Impulse Control Disorders).
As for my prior background, I completed my clinical residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where I worked with the Adolescent Forensic, as well as the Better Behaviour Service. Once licensed, I worked with Kinark, Child and Family Services, the Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Oakville Centre for Cognitive Therapy for many years.
