Founder, Director, Clinical Psychologist
Over the last two decades, I have worked with kids, teens, and families in various settings, including private practice, community mental health, hospital, residential, youth justice, and secure treatment. For example, I completed my clinical residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and specifically, the Adolescent Forensic Service, where I completed court-ordered assessments for youth involved with the justice system, as well as the Better Behaviour Service, where I provided evidence-based interventions to children presenting with externalizing difficulties. Following my licensure as an autonomous psychologist in 2015, I worked with Kinark, Child and Family Services, and specifically the Syl Apps Youth Centre, where I had the honor of serving some of the most complex and challenging children and youth who were involved with the justice system, or alternatively, who were court-ordered for a period of secure treatment. Relatedly, I’ve worked with the Canadian Mental Health Association, as well as the Province of Ontario, providing specialized assessments to youth who presented with complex neuro-developmental, mental health, and high-risk needs.
And outside of the public system, I’ve concurrently worked in private practice, at the Oakville Centre for Cognitive Therapy, and in 2025, founded House of Minds, where my clinical work reflects an integration of previous experiences and knowledge so to provide progressive, tailored, and effective interventions that help young people live healthy, meaningful, and purposeful lives. With all of this in mind, if you and/or your child or teen are looking to connect with a psychologist, I’d love to hear from you to discuss ways in which I might be able to provide support.
